Software Maintenance Agreement
Xena provides a complimentary 36-month enrollment in the software maintenance program for every purchased product, which includes access to software and product updates. The applicable terms governing the standard software maintenance agreement are set forth in the Xena Software Maintenance Agreement.
Extended Software Maintenance Agreement
In addition to the complimentary software maintenance agreement, Xena offers extended software maintenance agreements for all Xena products, for a fee. The extended software maintenance agreement provides enrollment in the software maintenance program for an additional 12-month period, under the terms set forth in the Xena Extended Software Maintenance Agreement. This agreement is purchased per individual product, but it is recommended to purchase the same agreement for all Xena products at the customer site.
