Warranty Agreement
Xena provides a complimentary warranty covering all Xena products for a 12-month period from the date of shipment. Under the warranty, Xena will repair hardware reported to be defective within the 12-month period. The warranty also covers all provided software media. The applicable terms governing the standard hardware and software warranties are set forth in the Xena 12-Month Warranty Agreement.
Extended Warranty Agreement
In addition to the complimentary warranty, Xena offers extended warranties for all Xena products, for a fee. The extended warranty provides the same coverage as that set forth in the Xena Extended 12-Month Warranty Agreement, for an additional 12-month period, and it is purchased per individual product.
